HLC names new country-specific sales and marketing leaders

LEVIS, Québec (BRAIN) — HLC has named new directors of sales and marketing for the U.S. and Canada. The distributor, previously called Hawley-Lambert, said it is working to establish a more "country-specific" focus.

As part of this effort, Edward P. Wright has been appointed as the new director of sales and marketing for Canada and Brian McKinney has been named regional outside sales and marketing manager for the U.S.

Wright joined the company over 11 years ago and has advanced progressively from sales manager for Ontario and Western Canada to national sales director. "Ed has been a key part of our success, and we were thrilled to promote him to this important position," said Patrick McGinnis, vice president of sales and marketing at HLC.

McKinney joined the company in 2017 as the Eastern regional sales manager. He is a former brand manager at Fuji, with a diverse background in sales, marketing and product. 

‘’With his experience in the bicycle industry and his thorough understanding of wholesale and retail sales management, as well as marketing and brand development, Brian was a perfect fit for this role,” McGinnis said.
