Heller Bikes releases updated Shagamaw carbon hardtail

BLOOMINGTON, Minn. (BRAIN) — Heller Bikes has released an updated Shagamaw model for 2018.

The Shagamaw is a carbon hardtail built for 27.5-plus wheels. It will also accept 29-inch wheels with tires up to 2.5 inches. 

The frame has internal routing for cables and dropper post, 148x12 Boost spacing, and is designed around a 130mm travel suspension fork. It comes in three sizes. The frame can be run with a double crankset with a side swing/front pull style front derailleur and a Boost-compatible band clamp adapter.

A complete bike with Sunringlé Duroc 40 tubeless-compatible rims, SRAM GX 1x11 drivetrain, Rockshox Revelation RC and Maxxis Rekon tires retails for $2,599. A frame retails for $1,250.
