That's Cadel Evans back in the late '90s, who used to battle it out on the mountain, but is currently trying to pedal his way to victory at this year's Tour de France. He was riding a WTB SST saddle that was discontinued almost 10 years ago.

We thought TMZ's cameras only camped out at The Ivy restaurant, LAX baggage claim and publisher Marc Sani's front yard. It appears that's not the case, as TMZ caught one Fox Shox marketing manager laughing hysterically at the label of what looks to be sour cream at this year's Downieville Classic.
