ALLENTOWN, Pa. (BRAIN) — A federal judge dismissed a suit Olympic medalist Marty Nothstein had filed against USA Cycling. The suit stemmed from sexual misconduct allegations — later found to be false — that emerged after Nothstein announced his candidacy for the U.S. House in 2018.

WASHINGTON (BRAIN) — Quality Bicycle Products issued a recall of Salsa Cycles Cutthroat bikes because the fork legs can crack or break. The recall affects about 600 bikes in the U.S., and another 100 sold in Canada.
