SIMI VALLEY, CA (BRAIN) — Currie Technologies has appointed David Cabanban as the new Midwest territory manager for the IZIP Road Show.

Currie has five territory managers throughout the country, each with a Nissan NV high-top van for rolling demonstrations, including test ride bikes, flags and a pop-up tent.

“Our TMs are ready to support our dealers with regional events that will raise awareness and allow consumer and retailer test drives of our electric bikes. They are the front lines educating our dealers in servicing, training and expanding our customer base,” stated Larry Pizzi, president of Currie Technologies.

Cabanban has previously managed the Sanyo Eneloop E-bike program in the United States and has held various positions in the bicycle industry, having worked in Chicago-area bike shops and as an independent sales representative.

“David brings a wealth of experience, adding value in bikes shops and with e-bikes, and we are excited to have him on the team,” said Rob Kaplan, Currie’s vice president of sales.
