BOULDER, Colo. (BRAIN) — The Danish ceramic bearing manufacturer CeramicSpeed has hired ORIS Intel for U.S. retail price monitoring services, and is announcing new policies it says will protect its resellers.

Ben Powell, CeramicSpeed's head of business sevelopment in the Americas, said, "We value massively the role that our resellers play on the positioning of our brand. It is our duty to not only protect our brand but to ensure the investment and commitment our resellers make towards our brand is also protected."

Besides hiring ORIS Intel, CeramicSpeed said it has removed its products from SmartEtailiing's Catalog Syndication Service and is now requiring all resellers, whether physical and/or online, to comply with their new "Reseller Marketing Policy."

Under the new policy CeramicSpeed reserves the right to approve or disapprove of the sale of its products over the Internet or any interactive electronic network.

The full updated MAP Policy is available online at ceramicspeed.com or from QBP.com under the distirbutor's MSRP/MAP section.
