SCOTTS VALLEY, CA (BRAIN) — Fox Factory Holding made its initial public offering of 8,571,429 shares of its common stock late Wednesday at an offering price to the public of $15 per share. The stock surged as high as $19.47 before closing the trading day at $18.61.
