Marin Bikes announced that product manager Jason Faircloth and wife Amy had a baby girl Friday, December 7 at 10:17 a.m. Their daughter, Sofie, measured 22 inches long and weighed 8 lbs at birth. Both Amy and Jason are resting with their new joy.

WOODLAND, CA (BRAIN)—Tree trimmer and convicted felon Charles Kevin Cunningham has been sentenced to 31 years, four months to life for the murder of John Finley Scott.

Cunningham, 48, was found guilty of first-degree murder and grand theft on Oct. 23.
