SRAM and Philly Bike Expo Announce Inclusivity Scholarship

CHICAGO — SRAM and the Philly Bike Expo are pleased to announce the applications for the 2022 PBE X SRAM Inclusivity Scholarship are now open. The Inclusivity Scholarship aims to highlight and support people of color, women, trans, and non-binary frame builders who have been historically underrepresented at bike shows and the bicycle industry at large.

“SRAM is once again proud to be a contributing partner to the 2022 PBE X SRAM Inclusivity Scholarship. PBE has consistently been an ideal partner for the scholarship, as it is one of the most inspiring industry shows that really embodies the inclusive culture of cycling” says Brooklyn Fowler, SRAM’s PR Technical Specialist. 

Scholarship recipients will be provided booth space, food, travel, and accommodations for the duration of the event. SRAM will also provide product for each recipient to complete their show build. Applications are being accepted now through May 6, 2022. Recipients will be announced on May 19.
