PALISADE, Colo. (BRAIN) — BRAIN's Dealer Tour braved rain and even a bit of snow pedaling the small town of Palisade on Thursday. While Palisade is known now for its wineries and peaches, some local retailers are working to build a new trail that might put it on the map of major mountain bike destinations.

CHICO, Calif. (BRAIN) — Paul Components is making limited runs of its anodized aluminum parts in blue over the next six months. The company said after the runs are over, it will retire the color until blue is back in style.
OGDEN, Utah (BRAIN) — Mavic's mountain bike apparel line will once again be available in the U.S. this spring. The company said the new line combine "a more understated and casual design aesthetic with some useful new technology."
The line includes men's and women's items.

FOOTHILL RANCH, Calif. (BRAIN) — BH Bikes USA/Easy Motion USA has appointed a new president, Caryle Walker, and a new national sales manager for the company's e-bike division, Greg Ford.
LAKEWOOD, Calif. (BRAIN) — Tern has delivered the first batch of its Vektron electric folding bikes to Kickstarter backers in the United States. The bikes are being delivered to Kickstarter backers via Tern's U.S. dealer network. The dealers are also handling after-sales support and customer service for the bikes.
LONG BEACH, Calif. (BRAIN) — Pioneer's Cycle Sports Division, which launched in 2013, has hired industry veteran Jim Miller as director of national sales for the Pioneer Cycle Sports Division.
BOZEMAN, Mont. (BRAIN) — Terrene Tires, a new brand launched last year, has announced a new McFly model available in a 2.8-inch width.
