Vestis says it has a buyer for EMS and Bob's, but has little hope for Sport Chalet.

MERIDEN, Conn. (BRAIN) — Vestis Retail Group, the owner of Sport Chalet, Eastern Mountain Sports and Bob’s Stores, filed a petition for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in Delaware on Monday, saying it has liabilities of more than $100 million.

Enve's general manager, Sarah Lehman, will take over as regional commercial director.

OGDEN, Utah (BRAIN) — Phillip Sporidis, Mavic's commercial director for North America, will resign from the company, effective June 30. The company announced that Sarah Lehman will assume Sporidis' commercial responsibilities in North America in addition to serving as Enve's general manager.
