I had a chance recently to view the short film about handmade builder Richard Sachs entitled "Imperfection is Perfection." I thought it was a very cool look into Sachs the builder, and Sachs the competitor (loved the 'cross footage of Sachs).

ANAHEIM, CA (BRAIN)—Chumba Racing has expanded its legal staff to include Erika Brenner, a former paralegal at an intellectual property law firm.

Brenner will be working with the company’s general counsel, Alan Kang, to assist in patent and trademark filings, disputes, and any other legal matters.

PARIS, France (BRAIN)—French bicycle sales were flat last year at 3.53 million units, barely unchanged from a disappointing 2006 and still short of 2005’s 3.7 million, according to the annual report from the French industry association Tous á Velo.
