KENT, Wash. (BRAIN) — Accell North America has acquired Beeline Bikes, the mobile service franchiser. ANA has been an investor in the company for several years.

BURLINGTON, Vt. (BRAIN) — A New York City-based investment group, Flour Fund, has purchased the assets of the wool clothing brand Ibex. The fund outbid an offer from a Vermont group that included Liz Robert, the owner of Terry Precision Bicycles.
DENVER (BRAIN) — After an eventful few months, Niner Bicycles has been purchased by UWHK Ltd., an investment firm with ties to the Huffy Corp. A U.S. Bankruptcy Court judge approved the sale last week and the purchase closed Friday afternoon.
MONROVIA, Calif. (BRAIN) — BMX component supplier American Cycle Systems Inc. has acquired Bar Fly, which manufactures mounts for cameras, GPS units and other handlebar-mounted devices. The purchase diversifies ACS’s product line into the enthusiast adult market, the Southern California company stated.
TORONTO (BRAIN) — Onex Corporation, the owner of Emerald Expositions, has completed the purchase of SMG Holdings, a global manager of convention centers, arenas, theaters and other venues.

(BRAIN) — Fox Factory Holdings, parent company of the Fox bicycle suspension brands, as well as Race Face, Marzocchi and Easton Cycling, has acquired 80 percent of the shares of Flagship Inc., which does business as Tuscany Motor Company. Tuscany sells aftermarket packages for trucks, including modified Ford trucks repackaged as Tonka and "Special Ops" trucks.
