SCOTTS VALLEY, Calif. (BRAIN) — Fox Factory Holding Corp. has closed on the previously announced acquisition of the assets of Marzocchi's mountain bike product lines.

WESTPORT, Conn. (BRAIN) — Compass Diversified Holdings has agreed to sell CamelBak Products LLC to Vista Outdoor Inc. for about $412.5 million.

SANTA CLARA, Calif. (BRAIN) — Intel Corp. has acquired Recon Instruments, the maker of the Recon Jet smart sport sunglass.
WESTPORT, Conn. (BRAIN) — Compass Diversified Holdings, the owner of Camelbak, has agreed to buy Fresh Hemp Foods Ltd., a Winnipeg, Manitoba, company that markets hemp-based foods under the Manitoba Harvest brand.
HELSINKI (BRAIN) — Amer Sports has agreed to Sports Tracker, a company that offers mobile apps that track sporting activities. Like Amer, Sports Tracker is based in Finland.
TORONTO (BRAIN) — Onex Corporation — the parent company of Interbike and Bicycle Retailer — has agreed to sell the Tropicana Las Vegas resort to Penn National Gaming for approximately $360 million. Onex, a private equity firm, is a part owner of the resort and casino.
HELSINKI (BRAIN) — Mavic sales in the first quarter of 2015 were about flat compared with last year, the brand's parent company, Amer Sports Corp., announced Thursday.
