HELSINKI (BRAIN) — Amer Sports has agreed to Sports Tracker, a company that offers mobile apps that track sporting activities. Like Amer, Sports Tracker is based in Finland.
TORONTO (BRAIN) — Onex Corporation — the parent company of Interbike and Bicycle Retailer — has agreed to sell the Tropicana Las Vegas resort to Penn National Gaming for approximately $360 million. Onex, a private equity firm, is a part owner of the resort and casino.
HELSINKI (BRAIN) — Mavic sales in the first quarter of 2015 were about flat compared with last year, the brand's parent company, Amer Sports Corp., announced Thursday.
