—Peter Wicker, owner of Outback Bikes, a cycle dealer in the Atlanta area, who gave Jimmy Carter and his wife, Rosalynn, Specialized bikes in November 2007. The Carters bikes were stolen earlier this month from the Carter Center in Atlanta.
