BOULDER, CO (BRAIN) — Giant USA's general manager, Elysa Walk, is a new member of the Outdoor Industries Women's Coalition Board of Directors, the OIWC announced Wednesday.

Walk joins the board for a two-year term along with Audrey Hicks, the CFO of Outdoor Research.

The OIWC is a national nonprofit professional and educational organization dedicated to workplace equity, diversity, and inclusion in the outdoor, snow, and bike industries.

“Chosen for their skillset, leadership, and industry experience, the OIWC Board of Directors serves a vital role in strategically positioning the organization for its next growth phase,” said OIWC president Julie Harris. “We are extremely honored to have Audrey and Elysa—both industry leaders who bring a unique and valuable perspective—join our team this year.”

Walk joined Giant Bicycle, Inc. in 2004, taking full responsibility for Giant USA as general manager four years later. She has been a member of OIWC for five years.
