Hawley hires Brandskout to monitor online pricing

Published June 18, 2014

LEXINGTON, S.C. (BRAIN) — Hawley is now working with Brandskout to monitor online pricing for its exclusive brands, including Evo, Eclypse, Eleven81, EIS, and Northwave. Brandskout will make sure online pricing complies with the distributor's minimum advertised pricing policy.

"Partnering with Brandskout is a great way to support IBDs," said Hawley president Steve Hawley. "We want to be sure our brands are positioned correctly in the marketplace. Ultimately, we want to help dealers improve their business by profiting from our brands and I know this will have a positive impact."

"As an exclusive distributor of Northwave, Evo, and LOOK Bikes, Hawley recognizes the struggles all retailers have had with consumer pricing," said Derrick Boatwright, Hawley's director of product & vendor relations. "Pricing and channel structure can create difficult dilemmas due to the legal limitations and possible liability. Hawley is committed to protecting our retail clients within the legal limits and we identified Brandskout as our monitoring partner to take this commitment to the next level."
