SHANGHAI, China (BRAIN)—Trek, Specialized and Pacific Cycle, three North American pioneers in the Chinese bicycle market, are skipping this year’s China Cycle show. But many new foreign brands will be on display through distributors, show spokesman Kevin Zhou said.

TORONTO, Ontario (BRAIN)—The Bicycle Trade Association of Canada (BTAC) will partner with The Green Living Show to offer a new Bike Feature area and Cycling Pavilion jam-packed with presentations, demonstrations and workshops for bicycle enthusiasts.

FRIEDRICHSHAFEN, Germany (BRAIN)—Eurobike has new extended opening hours for this year’s event from September 4-7, and a new marketing campaign.

In 2008, Eurobike will open its doors to the public one hour later (10 a.m.), but close two hours later (8 p.m.) in the evening.
