WHEAT RIDGE, Colo. (BRAIN) — Apparel maker Soulforce Cycling has relocated to a new facility in Wheat Ridge. The new 2,300-square-foot facility houses the brand's headquarters administrative offices, design studio and warehouse and shipping hub.

Faircloth started at Marin in 2003.

MONTREAL, Quebec (BRAIN) — Dorel Industries’ earnings for the fourth quarter and all of 2013 in its recreational and leisure segment — which includes Cannondale, GT, Mongoose, Schwinn and Dorel’s mass-market bike brands — will come in lower than a year earlier due to “a poorer product mix” and late order delivery at Cycling Sports Group, the company announced.

BOULDER, Colo. (BRAIN) — The Outdoor Industry Association (OIA) filed an objection with the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) over its proposed rule change that states once a firm voluntarily agrees to undertake a corrective action plan, the firm is legally bound to fulfill the terms of the agreement. Currently suppliers are under no legal restraints when filing a voluntary recall.
