MARINA, Calif. (BRAIN) — Light & Motion is launching an IBD sales contest on Aug. 1 that will award the winner a trip to the lighting company's hometown of Monterey, Calif., during next year's Sea Otter Classic.

NOVATO, Calif. (BRAIN) — Retired pro Jens Voigt will host his own gran fondo event in Marin County in October this year.

The Jensie Gran Fondo of Marin will start at the Stafford Lakes Bike Park on Saturday Oct. 10. It will include ride options of 45, 70 and 100 miles.

In a recall that appears similar to Trek's, Huffy is replacing QR skewers that can contact a front brake rotor. Only 460 Huffy bikes are involved.

WASHINGTON (BRAIN) — Huffy is recalling about 460 bikes because the front quick release skewer, when open, can come in contact with the front disc brake rotor, causing an accident.
