Published December 2, 2014

DENVER (BRAIN) — For cyclists who want to support their favorite ball team, Primal has signed an exclusive licensing agreement with Major League Baseball to offer cycling jerseys, shorts, socks and lifestyle jackets with MLB logos.

Primal has some MLB products ready to go now for the holiday season. The products will be sold through MLB.com, online retailers, sporting goods stores and IBDs, said Tim Baker, the brand's marketing director.

The initial range of licensed cycling apparel includes the San Francisco Giants, New York Yankees, Boston Red Sox, Los Angeles Dodgers, St. Louis Cardinals and Colorado Rockies, with the option to expand the line to all 30 teams.

Primal is not new to licensed properties, which it has offered since 2003. Other licenses currently offered include the rock bands Pink Floyd, Grateful Dead, Rush, The Police and Genesis; all branches of the U.S. Military; and several brewery brands including Left Hand, Alaskan, Boulder Beer, Avery, Sweetwater, Bristol Brewing and MillerCoors.
