HALIFAX, Nova Scotia — Halifax retailer Barry Misener, a fixture in the Nova Scotia cycling community for more than 20 years, has teamed up with Giant Canada to open Giant Halifax. The 2,500 square-foot store, which opened in April, is located in downtown Halifax, close to the cities' two universities.

Vista says it remains in the hunt for acquisitions.

CLEARFIELD, Utah (BRAIN) — The new owner of Bell, Giro, Blackburn and CamelBak reported a sales increase of 9 percent in its fiscal year, which ended March 31. The sales total of $2.27 billion includes new revenue from Vista's acquisitions.
