MORGAN HILL, Calif. (BRAIN) — Specialized is veering away from its signature red with the CVNDSH Collection, inspired by British sprinter Mark Cavendish. The line includes a full road kit, shoes, saddle and special edition S-Works Venge with green as the accent color.

SAN FRANCISCO (BRAIN) — Chrome Industries' Spring Riding Kit includes the Folsom urban cycling short, a slimmer, shorter alternative to the brand's Union short.

BOULDER, Colo. (BRAIN) — CatEye's new Rapid X safety lights will switch from steady mode to flashing mode automatically when the battery power decreases to 20 percent. The flashing mode provides the rider with an hour of extra light.

EMERYVILLE, Calif. (BRAIN) — Clif Bar & Company's new Kit's Organic Fruit + Seed bars are made with all organic fruit and seeds. The bars were inspired by Kit Crawford, owner and co-chief visionary officer of the company, motivated by her own experiences on her family farm and in her kitchen.

HAYWARD, Calif. (BRAIN) — The Bianchi Zurigo was designed for cyclocross racing, gravel grinding, bike commuting, credit-card touring, and back road adventure riding.

The Zurigo has a triple-butted, hydroformed aluminum frame, a carbon fiber fork, tapered head tube and Pressfit 30 bottom bracket.

SANTA MONICA, Calif. (BRAIN) — Bonk Breaker has added a third flavor to its protein bar lineup, Peanut Butter & Chocolate Chip.

The new flavor continues Bonk Breaker's philosophy of baking simple, high quality, real food ingredients into great tasting bars.

DENVER (BRAIN) — Sampson is now shipping  its 11-speed cassette, which was announced last summer. The company said the cassette production was delayed to improve its shifting speed. The cassette also now features a gold-colored EN coating versus the originally planned nickel-chrome plating.

MIAMI (BRAIN) — Cipollini road and track bikes and frames are now being distributed in the U.S. by Speed Brands, Inc., a Miami distributor. 

All Cipollini bikes are completely made in Italy.

NEW YORK, N.Y. (BRAIN) — FBM Bike Co.'s new Ballista frameset is designed for hardcourt bike polo players.

The tig-welded chromoly frame is based on the original FBM Sword frame geometry, but modified with input from Evan George and Koyo Maeda of Seattle's The Assassins bike polo team.
