BOULDER, CO (BRAIN)—A vast majority of bicycle retailers feel that the 2009 holiday season will treat them better than last year.

According to a recent Leisure Trends Group on-line survey, 61 percent of bicycle retailers surveyed felt that sales would increase this holiday season as opposed to last.

ST. PAUL, MN (BRAIN)—The lawsuit between Trek Bicycle Corporation and LeMond Cycling could settle as soon as next month.

A U.S. magistrate judge has ordered a settlement conference be held between the two parties on Jan. 28 at a courthouse in St. Paul, Minnesota.
