NEVADA CITY, Calif. (BRAIN) — Chris Kelly, who founded Kelly Bike Company in the San Francisco Bay Area in the 1980s, is putting the company and its brand up for sale. He said he's hoping an investor will take the brand and run with it, whether he remains involved or not.

TRYSIL, Norway (BRAIN) — Swix Sport Group has changed its name to BRAV. Ferd, which bought Swix in 1978, remains the group's parent. The new name will not be consumer-facing, but will serve internally to unite the company's several brands, officials said.

SUN VALLEY, Idaho (BRAIN) — Club Ride Apparel will be distributed in Australia by Vivelo ltd., a distributor based in Queensland.

The clothing brand said Vivelo will carry a large seasonally relevant assortment of Club Ride products beginning next month.
