FRIEDRICHSHAFEN, Germany (BRAIN) — Cane Creek Cycling Components is releasing three new products at this year's Eurobike show: a coil-sprung version of the company's HELM suspension fork; a special El Chulo edition of its eeBrakes caliper road brakes; and the Slamset headset for riders seeking a low stem position.

FRIEDRICHSHAFEN, Germany (BRAIN) — Donnelly Sports LLC, which has been licensing the Clément name from Pirelli, is ending its use of the trademark with the Italian tire brand. Donnelly Sports' owner, Donn Kellogg, will launch the tires and wheels under the Donnelly Cycling brand name this fall.

IRVINE, Calif. (BRAIN) — Shimano is adding two new products to its Deore XT group: a four-piston disc brake caliper and a new crankarm set designed for e-MTB use. Both will be available in December.

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (BRAIN) — Silca has introduced a new version of its Tattico mini-pump with a wireless pressure gauge that connects to a smartphone via its iGauge app.

PARK CITY, Utah (BRAIN) — POC is launching new 2018 model year bike helmets with its own SPIN technology to reduce injuries from oblique impacts.

FRYEBURG, Maine (BRAIN) — Reid Bikes, an Australia-based brand distributed in the U.S. since 2015, is now offering IBDs a $329 commuter bike that the brand said will allow shops to compete with department store bikes.

SEATTLE (BRAIN) — Northwest Tech, a supplier of custom snow sports clothing, is entering the bike world with a custom program for mountain bike shorts and jerseys.

The U.S.-made items are customizable with color, jersey sleeve and inseam length and other options.
